These rates are effective as at January 1, 2000
and are subject to change without notice.
For each non-contracted service call, the technician in
attendance will collect the full traveling charge and a
minimum of one (1) hour’s labour charge before work is
commenced on the system.
Advanced Integrated Systems Limited (AIS) is the
sole Jamaican licensor of the PAS System and retains the
sole and total right to the intellectual property it
represents. Therefore, it is important that providers
who elect not to execute the Provider Service Contract
understand the nature of the following aspects of the
relationship which apply despite their non-execution of
such a Contract:

Providers shall be held responsible for any damage to the hardware peripherals or the software due to negligence, unauthorized tampering, unauthorized use, or theft.

Providers must limit access to all physical embodiments of the PAS System to those of their personnel who must have such access to enable the Provider to use the System, and to store such embodiment in a secure place except when being used.

Providers shall not copy any database which is provided with and/or maintained by the PAS application. Nor should a Provider make available any such database to any third party for use other than that specifically approved by Advanced Integrated Systems Limited.

Once a Provider has paid the appropriate license fee in full, Advanced Integrated Systems Limited (AIS) has granted, and the Provider has accepted a non-transferable single site, single unit license to use the PAS System, at the Provider’s stated facility. The license to use the PAS System DOES NOT in any way constitute a title to the System.

The license to use the PAS System extends only to use at the Provider’s facility for the Provider’s own business. Providers shall not, without the express written consent of Advanced Integrated Systems Limited (AIS), use the PAS System to provide other services to any other person or entity or in any other manner other than for Providers’ own businesses.
